I wish you were Secretary of State. You really understand how foreign policy works. With the Ukrainian/Russian war it’s your time.

Ukraine needs to join NATO. It's the only way to even begin to keep Russia from continuing its war.

This Wednesday, Feb. 12, President Trump announced that Putin had agreed to start peace talks immediately. Obviously he signaled he was ready to talk by releasing the imprisoned American teacher a couple of days ago. VP Vance and Sec State Rubio will meet with Zelensky in Friday. Does this event affect your analysis. If so, how?

Thank you for publishing this talk. Putin might not be willing to negotiate seriously, agreed, as the Russian polity on such things has a history of duplicity and opportunism. Given this, will the army of Russian Federation continue to suffer horrific attrition given the fighting fire with fire that has prevailed to date since February 2022? The losses on the Russian side in this conflict have defied proper common sense and logic, a complete waste (for the aggressor) in fact if they have to settle in negotiations over this war which makes the stakes higher and higher for the invaders : With the apparent attitude of the Russian leadership toward settlement talks given the stalemate of the war and losses along with their continued expenses of heavy attacks -- a clear example of grandiose and megalo world leadership -- puts everyone in a bind. The horrendous situation continues, again, as destructive and regrettable, horrendous for everyone as "conquest is evil."

Also what will you do about the situation with U.S.A.I.D.?

The Trump Administration's policy position on the war in UKraine differs from the Biden Administration's equivalent tin the respect that that the latter policy position mistook a "complex" physical system for a "noncomplex" physical in the construction of the model of this system underlying the policy of the United States whereas the Trump Administration's policy does not make this mistake.
